Maintenance Shift Automation Technician

Job Location:

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

Works on equipment maintenance including breakdown maintenance

Maintain the machines as per AM/ PM logs

Ensure proper equipment work during the shift and correct anomalies in case of breakdown

Perform preventive and corrective activities at equipment according to maintenance plans under the supervision of Maintenance Engineer

What you will do:

Follow production safety rules

Work according to existing procedures/ standards

Receive and sort Spare Parts, Consumables/ Supplies as per SOP and 5S standards

Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance

Maintain MDM request

Base on Requests update Equipment tree in SAP

Works according to existing procedures/ Standards and Maintenance process:

Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring a rapid response and that plant equipment and machine breakdown time is minimized

Participate as a member in Maintenance Improvement teams

We believe you have:

Technical Diploma in Engineering/ Maintenance

3-5 years' experience in Maintenance/Spare Parts

SAP basic knowledge

WCM skills for breakdown/ Anomaly analysis

Experience and skills in identifying Root Cause and develop countermeasures to address

Machine technical knowledge

Production process knowledge is preferred

Key Outputs and Measurements:

Participate in regular Preventive Maintenance

Minimized losses (short stops/ breakdowns) on machine/ equipment, keep Mean Down Time Targets

Guide colleagues with AM/ PM and removing red tags

Reports all activities in SAP, Plant Maintenance Module and solves all reported problem as per plan

Maintains the Maintenance Spare parts store

Achieve Preventive activities TBM (Time Based Maintenance) compliance ratio and targets

5S according to standard in all maintenance areas
