- Responsibilities:
Maintain the condition of the building and equipment;
Perform general maintenance and complete simple repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial;
Execute and maintain preventative maintenance systems for building and equipment;
Collaborate with site management on routine inspections of material handling equipment, heating and cooling systems, mechanical/electrical/plumbing;
Inspect, diagnose, and perform emergency repairs to all facility equipment and furnishings
