Job Description

Candidate will serve to lead guided trail rides as well as assist with cleaning of facilities, grooming, and mucking stalls. The role is part‑time, scheduled 3 to 4 days per week, with preference for weekday and weekend availability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Groom and tack trail horses for use on tours;
• Assist in mounting and dismounting guests on horseback tours;
• Clean and inspect saddles, bridles, and other tack;
• Feed and water horses;
• Inspect and repair paddock fences and other facilities;
• Clean and maintain helmets and other guest‑use PPE;
• Lead trail rides, children’s lead‑line rides, and “Meet the Horses” experiences;
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

• High school education or equivalent;
• Experience with trail horses, western tack, and stables (a plus);
• Must pass pre‑employment screening, background check, and possess a valid vehicle operator’s license with a good driving record.
