Equestrian Guide

Responsibilities

• Lead guided trail rides and children's lead-line rides.
• Assist in grooming, tacking and mounting/dismounting of trail horses.
• Muck stalls, clean and inspect saddles, bridles, tack and feed and water horses.
• Inspect and repair paddock fences and other facilities.
• Clean and maintain helmets and other guest-use PPE.
• Lead “Meet the Horses” experiences.
• Work part-time, 3 to 4 days per week; weekday and weekend availability preferred.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience with trail horses, western tack and stables a plus.
• Pass pre-employment screening, background check and possess a vehicle operator’s license with good driving record.
