Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair all facility systems and equipment across Rosie’s New Kent property.;
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC-related tasks.;
Assist with general site upkeep, including interior/exterior cleaning and waste removal as needed.;
Identify problems within scope of authority and escalate or recommend actions to supervisor as required.;
Support operation staff during high-volume periods and maintain safety standards.
