Pay:
Salaried grade 8 – $87,500 - $99,800 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM). On‑site weekend, holiday, or other hours may be required. Must be willing to work other shifts when necessary.

McKee Foods is seeking a 1st Shift Utilities/Waste Treatment Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team. The role provides leadership and support for all dimensions of the Utilities and Waste Treatment operations.

• Develop written operating procedures for Utilities and Waste Treatment processes and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and improve predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Lead implementation of Lean Principles.
• Monitor, analyze, and use new technologies or ideas to reduce energy usage (water, steam, electricity, compressed air, and other utilities).
• Support and implement Manufacturing to a Standard.
• Assist engineering and engineering consultants with system upgrades and operations.
• Maintain and oversee maintenance contracts and contractors.
• Support environmental compliance through effective management of work practices and procedures that meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance within discharge parameters at Waste Treatment.
• Provide technical training and assistance to the workforce.
• Attend training classes or seminars as required.
• Manage the parts department.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Mechanical background in various types of wastewater, steam boiler, air handler, and process chiller equipment.
• Preventive maintenance experience.
• Industrial electrical knowledge.
• Computer skills.
• Production maintenance experience.
• Planning and scheduling with CMMS software.
• Wastewater training.
• Steam/Hot Water Boiler safety training.
• FDA (CFR 21) and cGMP experience.
