Position Title: Custodian (effective July 1, 2023)

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Part-Time

• Highly motivated; able to multitask
• Must be able to lift and/or move 10 lbs. routinely
• Must be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs. regularly
• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to climb step ladders
• Must have the ability to add and subtract and to perform these operations using weight, measurement, volume, and distance

• Provides students and staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean environment
• Empties trash
• Washes windows inside and outside
• Secures building each day
• Maintains lawn
• Shovels snow and removes debris from sidewalks
• Orders and maintains supplies
• OSHA compliant
• May be required to obtain a Pesticide User License
• Complies with School Board Policies and Regulations

• Participates in professional development activities
• Presents and communicates in a professional manner
• Performs other duties as assigned by Principal/Supervisor
