Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance throughout cabins and common areas, and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life-safety, and related systems;
Inspect and maintain equipment in front and back of house, ensuring proper operation and safety;
Respond to maintenance requests promptly, log activities, and follow up to ensure issue resolution;
Repair/replace damaged fixtures, furniture, and fixtures; perform painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain cabin appearance;
Support daily guest operations and assist facilities staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
