Dover - - Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and off-site technical support for Maag family of equipment including plastic pelletizing systems, polymer pumps and filtration systems;
Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery at customer sites and during international travel;
Train customers at Maag/Gala facilities and at customer locations;
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, parts and equipment sales to develop customer-focused solutions;
Prioritize safety and environmental compliance in all assigned tasks
