Hours: Morning or afternoon - flexibility in scheduling

Music today is seeking a Custodian to provide cleaning services for our main office building and warehouse. This role requires executing routine custodial tasks, handling cleaning special projects, ensuring supply levels are maintained, and other duties as assigned/needed.

• Facility Cleaning
  :
  Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff, and wax floors; clean carpets and interior glass as needed.
• Sanitation & Restocking
  :
  Clean and fully restock bathrooms and break rooms daily.
• Maintenance & Trash
  :
  Empty trash/recycle bins, dust offices and conference rooms, and inspect exterior building grounds daily.
• Inventory & Care
  :
  Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and keep equipment in good working order.
• Cross-Functional Support
  :
  Carry out special projects and assist otherwise when needed.

• Experience
  :
  Minimum 6 months of custodial experience in a professional or warehouse office environment.
• Physical Stamina
  :
  Able to be on feet and perform physical labor all day, climb stairs/ladders, and move between buildings on foot.
• Lifting Capacity
  :
  Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, with the ability to maneuver/lift up to 50 lbs.
• Transportation & Safety
  :
  Reliable transportation required; ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely.
• Flexibility
  :
  Ability to adapt to changing duties, activities, or responsibilities as assigned.
