Community Housing Partners (CHP) is looking for a dependable, hard-working

Janitorial / Grounds Technician to help keep our apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying active, and seeing the results of your efforts every day, we'd love to meet you.

• Predictable schedule— primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an on‑call rotation (not constant nights and weekends).
• 30 days off in your first year— real time to recharge.

• Assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Help create a positive living experience for residents.

• Takes pride in quality work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Janitorial, landscaping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
