Pilgrim's Broadway Plant is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead to ensure the maintenance dept. runs efficiently, quickly and safely restoring any equipment breakdowns. You will support production daily, cover supervisor duties when needed, and train new hires to maintain high standards.
