Eastern Shore Green Clean LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Home and Office Cleaning Professional to join our team as an Independent Contractor in Haymarket, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a flexible schedule while delivering top-quality, eco-friendly cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities:- Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning services for homes and offices
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, floors, and fixtures
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and work spaces to a high standard
- Use green and eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
- Manage time effectively to complete jobs within scheduled windows
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to special cleaning requests
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning required, with references
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in and around Haymarket, Gainesville, Bristow, and Manassas VA
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule as an independent contractor
- Trustworthy, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Comfort with eco-friendly and green cleaning products and methods
- Must pass a background check
- Must possess a valid Business License
- Must carry personal Worker's Compensation insurance
- Must have up to date General Liability Insurance and be Bonded
