Team - Greeter

These roles focus on assisting patients and their families with hospitality, logistical, and support needs. They are essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient healthcare experience. The positions provide excellent service and create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and their families, enhancing the patient experience through visitor assistance, safe patient transport, and general comfort and non‑clinical needs during their stay.

Individual contributors who provide support to an organization typically operate in direct service, operational, technical or administrative functions. They spend the majority of their time delivering support services under supervision, with limited progression opportunities without additional training or education.

Entry‑level position requiring little to no prior experience. Work is routine, follows standard procedures, is closely supervised, and problems are routine with clearly defined solutions. Communicates information with little need for explanation.

Education:

High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Experience:

No experience required.

Licensure:
Virginia Driver’s License (VADL) preferred.

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently driving, traveling (distance greater than 1 mile) and bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull >200lbs. Job is outdoors so seasonal exposure to weather elements. May be exposed to fumes, noise, outdoor climate, chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

The starting base rate for this role is $16.50 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
