Maintenance Assistant - Resort

Join our dynamic team at a beautiful resort where guest satisfaction and property excellence are our top priorities. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support our maintenance team in ensuring the resort remains in pristine condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of resort facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and outdoor spaces
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them promptly
  • Support the upkeep of landscaping, pools, and recreational facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas and tools
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently
Skills and

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in general maintenance or a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
