The Warehouse Technician supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, product handling, and basic technical servicing of gaming equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory tracking, movement, and maintenance, supporting internal operations and external customers.

• Track and maintain inventory of products through regular cycle counting.
• Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of products for both internal and external customers.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of EGMs and repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or handcarts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Warehouse Technician or Warehouse Associate.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Experience operating box trucks or route trucks.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card (non‑CDL).
