Summary of Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs custodial work in offices, warehouses, industrial areas, and other building interiors.
Typical tasks performed include a combination of the following:
Sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and spot cleaning carpets. Dusting walls, polishing stainless steel fixtures such as water fountains, dusting blinds, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and desk tops. Removing stains from rugs, walls, upholstery, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. Sweeping walkways. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
