Part-Time Cleaner

Description

Leighty Home Pros is looking for dependable, detail‑oriented cleaners to join our growing team. We provide high‑quality residential, commercial, Airbnb/STR, construction, and move‑in/out cleaning services throughout the CSRA. Schedule is part‑time Monday‑Friday between the hours of 7:30 am–5:30 pm, no evenings, Saturdays 8:30 am–2:30 pm, no Sundays. Pay starts at $15 /hour plus tips. Responsibilities include performing residential and commercial cleaning services: deep cleans, routine maintenance cleanings, move‑in/out cleanings, post‑construction, commercial, and Airbnb/STR turnovers.

Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning windows, baseboards, and other detailed tasks. Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards, arrive on time, provide excellent customer service, safely use cleaning products and equipment, and take before and after photos when required.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; smartphone with reliable communication. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on your feet for several hours. Strong attention to detail, dependable, honest, positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Professional appearance and willingness to wear a company‑provided uniform. Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
