• Cleaning, repair and upkeep of county buildings and grounds
• General cleaning, floor maintenance and windows
• Snow and ice removal
• Furniture moving and grounds maintenance
• Perform semi‑skilled repairs on plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and heat pumps
• Maintain controls, temperatures, minor electrical and lighting repairs
• Ballast replacement
• Maintain machinery and equipment
• Maintain records of completed work and work schedules

• Minimum post‑high‑school education and/or experience in a maintenance field
• Ability to work in a secure area around inmates
