POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):- Team Supervision:
Lead, schedule, and supervise custodial staff. Implement quality control checks and enforce safety standards. - Operations & Oversight:
Assign cleaning tasks and monitor completion. Handle inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies. - Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with facility maintenance standards. Prepare reports on custodial team performance and issues. - Working Conditions:
Work in office and facility environments; may require coverage outside standard hours. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift cleaning equipment and supplies; work standing or walking for extended periods.
EXPERIENCE:
- Secret Clearance required.
- High school diploma required.
- 3–4 years of custodial supervisory experience.
