Thalhimer is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead the maintenance of Fox Rest in Richmond, VA. You will oversee apartment work orders, turnovers, and preventive maintenance, ensuring all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems are in excellent condition.
You’ll guide a maintenance team, communicate effectively with residents, and travel between properties as needed. A strong background in residential maintenance and a CFC/HVAC certification are essential for success.
