Pond Boat Operator

THE ROLE

As a Pond Boat Operator, you will safely operate a boat to support pond maintenance activities. You will help ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate records and following established operating procedures.

This is a part-time, weekend position.

• Operate a boat safely while performing pond maintenance activities.
• Follow all boating, safety, and operating procedures.
• Complete and submit job-related reports and records.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform duties outdoors in a variety of weather and environmental conditions.

• Experience operating a boat preferred.
• First Aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other applicable safety requirements. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to accurately complete job-related records.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, noise, and other environmental conditions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Part-time weekend position
• 8-hour shifts
• Rotating weekends may be required
