This leadership role is responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining compliance standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced airport environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient daily operations and outstanding passenger service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and support daily airport operations, including passenger assistance and wheelchair services
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational requirements
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll, attendance, and personnel documentation
  • Communicate effectively with airline representatives, airport authorities, customers, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, airline requirements, airport regulations, and safety standards
  • Investigate and report operational issues, incidents, and customer concerns
  • Assist with employee performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary
  • Support operational goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • College coursework or degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory, customer service, aviation, transportation, or related operational experience preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required airport security credentials and badges
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work in a busy airport environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety awareness
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or relevant aviation operations (or related aviation security, military or other applicable client services) experience of at least two to five years, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent broad set of management skills (operations, finance, human resources, administration, and, as applicable, technology) with the ability to work independently as a leader in a fast-paced and often fast changing environment and industry
  • Prefer at least a working knowledge and skill set of a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must be able to successfully ensure continual attention to wide range of details, establish and work priorities, and meet all deadlines within the scope of the position
