About Streamline

Streamline is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Floor Technicians to join our team. Floor Technicians are responsible for providing professional commercial floor care services and ensuring that each location meets Streamline’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience with commercial floor care, is comfortable operating floor-care equipment, and takes pride in delivering clean, consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial floor care services, including:
• • Strip and wax
  • Floor scrubbing and buffing
  • Carpet cleaning and extraction
  • Other specialty floor-care services as assigned
• Safely operate and properly maintain floor-care equipment and machinery.
• Properly handle, mix, and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect floors and identify areas requiring additional cleaning, treatment, or attention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Properly care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Follow established safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Communicate any equipment issues, supply needs, or job-site concerns to management.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
• Represent Streamline in a professional and courteous manner when working at customer locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services preferred
  .
• Knowledge of commercial floor types, floor machines, cleaning chemicals, and proper floor-care procedures.
• Experience operating floor buffers, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and related equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, or other scheduled times as needed.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct when representing Streamline.
