At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Sanitation Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Richmond. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized distribution center environment, supporting operational efficiency through routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Shift Patterns

• Back Half Days (BHD)
• Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Sanitation Associate

• Ability to work the scheduled shift with reliable attendance.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning and sanitation equipment – including floor scrubbers and approved cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, SOPs, and GMP guidelines – maintaining compliance with all company sanitation and workplace safety standards.

Role for Sanitation Associate

• Clean and sanitize warehouse areas, workstations, and common spaces.
• Operate floor scrubbers and manage waste disposal according to safety protocols.
• Maintain clear walkways and ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to management immediately.

Location:

Richmond. This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
