Field Service Technician – Responsibilities- Install, integrate, repair, and troubleshoot machinery of a complex and involved design, ensuring all established inspection, testing, quality, and operating specifications are met.
- Direct customer personnel during plant machinery installations and integrations, as well as servicing (repair and/or troubleshooting).
- Serve as a technical resource for Sales Representatives and the Engineering Design team to address and resolve inquiries and problems related to installation/integration or repair.
- Review customers’ parts inventory and advise on necessary parts for customer stock.
- Support the Aftermarket team by receiving and responding to customer technical inquiries by phone.
- Prepare trip reports that update the company on the status and condition of installed equipment and highlight additional equipment/parts opportunities.

- Support Aftermarket team by receiving and responding to customer technical inquiries.
- Prepare trip reports that update the company on status and condition of installed equipment and additional equipment/parts opportunities.
- 4+ years of technical support experience for an electromechanical product/system, preferably with formal technical training.
- Electromechanical experience and PLC programming skills are a plus.
- Ability to accurately use a variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Proven ability to read and understand complex engineering designs, including wiring schematics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem‑solving ability with strong independent judgment skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.
Hourly Rate Range: $30.00 – $48.00.
