Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an Experienced Motorsports Dealership Master/A Level Technician at our Chula Vista, CA Location.

Job Description The following duties for the position listed shall include but not be limited to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Competent in repairing any product sold in the dealership.

Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.

Able to communicate with the Service Manager or Writer repairs necessary both verbally and in writing.

Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians.

Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably.

Ownership of complete set of tools

Abide, coach and lead by example by all dealership policies and procedures pertaining to the department.

Follow company dress codes and always be well groomed.

Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success and profitability of the department and the dealership.

Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Computer literate.

Technical and / or mechanical expert.

Familiarity of product lines sold in dealerships.

Complete and pass all OEM online training and when department scheduling allows on site in person training.

Team building experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions present at that time.

Work performed in a shop setting, as well as exposure to shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives.

Required to lift up to a minimum of 50 lbs.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, reach, talk, hear, use hands and fingers, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.

Occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.

Required vision include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.

Minimum of 7 years of Previous powersports technician service experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Motorcycle OEM Related Training Credentials required.

Good communication and writing skills required.

This position reports directly to the Service Manager
