BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician III to support asset maintenance at our Vista, CA property. You will perform preventive maintenance, appliance and HVAC repairs, and coordinate make-readies to ensure units are move-in ready.
The role requires three years of progressive maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, OSHA knowledge, and reliable tools. On-site schedule Mon-Fri with occasional on-call. High school diploma preferred.
