Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep a regulated manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.

This role is a mix of facility maintenance and production equipment support
, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, clean rooms, and critical utilities.

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and building systems
• Support production and manufacturing equipment
• Monitor clean rooms, purified water systems, and temperature-controlled areas
• Respond to equipment and facility breakdowns and help minimize downtime
  
  Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, calibration, and validation activities
• Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors when needed
• Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and site safety requirements
• Help identify recurring equipment issues and improve reliability

• 3+ years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or other regulated environments is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certification or associate degree is a plus
