Bachem Americas in Vista, CA seeks a Facilities Operations Technician I–Sr. to maintain building infrastructure and utility systems, including HVAC and purified water. The role requires rotating shifts (Sun–Tue/Wed 3pm–1:30am) and collaboration with the Repair & Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inspections, and timely work-order closures, with flexibility for some nights and weekends. A mix of trades experience and GMP familiarity is preferred.
