Position Summary

The Part‑Time Warehouse Packer & Receiver plays a vital role in ensuring our spa partners receive their orders accurately, on time, and beautifully packed. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, checking product quality, organizing inventory, and carefully packing outgoing orders to The Spa Mart’s high presentation standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a friendly, fast‑paced team that serves luxury spa professionals nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and deliveries.
  • Verify product counts and quality against purchase orders.
  • Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, organized bins and shelves throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist with restocking, cycle counts, and inventory maintenance.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup (UPS/Fed Ex/LTL).
  • Follow safety, handling, and quality standards in all warehouse operations.
  • Support special projects, trade show prep, and VIP spa move‑ins as needed.
  • Represent The Spa Mart’s brand values: excellence, relationships, and care.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred (not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the day.
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a job well done.
  • Basic computer skills (email, inventory system familiarity helpful).
  • Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part‑Time: 20–25 hours per week (Monday–Friday schedule, 1 PM to 5 PM).
  • Compensation:
    Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
