If you are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality in a dynamic environment, then this is the job for you! We are seeking a motivated and skilled Facility Upkeep Specialist to contribute to our team's success and ensure our property remains in prime condition.

You'll be responsible for performing light maintenance work and housekeeping tasks to keep our property looking its best. Your contributions will play a crucial role in providing guests with an exceptional experience.

• Light & Preventive Maintenance: Handle basic repairs and maintenance throughout the facility, including:
  • Plumbing: Unclogging sinks and toilets.
  • Electrical: Changing light bulbs and switches.
  • Studio Maintenance: Conduct preventive upkeep like painting and pest control.
  • General Cleaning: Manage carpet shampooing and exterior upkeep.
• Room Preparation & Inspection: Ensure guest rooms are prepared and inspected per brand standards after each move-out, addressing any maintenance issues.
• Cleaning & Staging: Keep public areas clean according to our standards and correctly stage guest room supplies.
• Waste Management: Remove trash and treat linens for stains before removal.

• Laundry Duties: Help with the washing, drying, and folding of linens while maintaining laundry facilities.
• Cross-Training: Be willing to learn and perform duties for our Move-Out and Stay-Over Attendants as needed.
• On-Call Requirements: Be available for emergencies, clocking in/out as necessary.

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years of light maintenance and housekeeping experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and painting tasks.

• Equipment Operation: Ability to operate light equipment safely.
• Communication: Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Problem Solving: Capable of following written procedures and adapting to changing tasks.
• Service Orientation: Always respond positively and helpfully to guests and team members.
