CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing and general maintenance tasks within a healthcare facilities portfolio, including touch-up painting, drywall repair, general carpentry, electrical, mechanical repairs, and plumbing.;
Conduct monthly preventative maintenance according to established schedules and assigned equipment inspection routines.;
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems and executing timely repairs to minimize downtime in critical healthcare environments.;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, and other building components to ensure continuous operation.;
Review and track assigned work orders using available systems to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
