Pilgrim's - - Responsibilities:
As the lead you are expected to be aware of all issues involving your side of the plant.;
Document and report downtime events to your supervisor;
As lead you are expected to have an estimated time for each issue to be resolved;
As lead you are expected to properly communicate all information to management when requested;
As lead you are responsible to ensure all PMs are completed for your shift
