Concrete Flatwork Foreman

The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location. Hiring to start the spring 2026 season.

Pay: ranging between $33 - $40, depending on experience

Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed

Requirements/Duties:

• 5+ Years experience
• Ability to research and examine data and factors that affect the cost of working with concrete
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints
• Must do an overview of quality of work, safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers
• Must help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
• Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects, and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Responsible for the crew efficiency
• Must have correct information to the crew in a timely manner
• Responsible for reviewing weekly times to ensure accuracy
• Responsible for all job-related paperwork in a timely manner
• Lead by example
• Good communication skills
• Quick problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to motivate without cursing and demeaning

Compensation
$33 - $40 per hour
