Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957 and is one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We perform janitorial, mechanical engineering, HVAC, and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail, and residential properties across Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.

Full-time, location Waikoloa, HI 96738, schedule 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, compensation $20.00 per hour.

• Sweep, dust, mop, and disinfect tables, chairs, windowsills, glass windows, and countertops.
• Clean shared spaces, including hallways, stairways, food courts, and restrooms, ensuring sinks, toilet seats, and urinals are sanitized.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Stand and work in various weather conditions.
• Efficiently multitask and work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures diligently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.

• Successfully complete the HBM prescreen.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid Hawaii driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to operate a golf cart on the premises.
• Previous custodial experience or a related background is beneficial; training will be provided.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong public relations and communication skills are essential.
• Ready to perform basic manual labor, keep common areas clean, and regularly lift, press, push, pull, and carry between 50 and 100 pounds.
• Physical requirements include reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and standing during shifts.
