We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.

2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Compensation per hour: $20.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, dust, mop, and disinfect tables, chairs, windowsills, glass windows, and counter tops.
- Clean shared spaces, including hallways, stairways, food courts, and restrooms, ensuring sinks, toilet seats, and urinals are sanitized.
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Ability to stand and work in various weather conditions.
- Efficiently multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow safety procedures diligently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues (e.g., burnt light bulbs).
- Notify the appropriate HBM employee accordingly.
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Must successfully complete the HBM prescreen.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A valid Hawaii driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to operate a golf cart on the premises.
- Previous custodial experience or a background in a related field is beneficial, although training will be provided.
- Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong public relations and communication skills are essential.
- Applicants should be ready to perform basic manual labor, keep common areas clean, and regularly lift, press, push, pull, and carry between 50 and 100 pounds.
- Physical requirements include reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and standing during shifts.
