Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and highly motivated Attendants to join our team. We are willing to train, and experience is preferred but not necessary. The Attendant will be responsible for maintaining our premises' cleanliness and overall appearance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees, guests, and visitors. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.

• Perform routine janitorial tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, walls, and fixtures, to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Restock restroom supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners and dispose of waste material in designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms, and break rooms.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
• Monitor and report any damages, repairs, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Follow established safety protocols and ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of janitorial services.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned.

• Experience preferred but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, brooms, etc.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift or carry up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as required.
