We perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail, and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.

  Friday to Tuesday: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Day off: Wednesday and Thursday); 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday (Day off: Sunday and Monday)
• Compensation per hour: $20.00

• Sweep, dust, mop, and disinfect tables, chairs, windowsills, glass windows, and counter tops.
• Clean shared spaces, including hallways, stairways, food courts, and restrooms, ensuring sinks, toilet seats, and urinals are sanitized.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Ability to stand and work in various weather conditions.
• Efficiently multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures diligently.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues (e.g., burnt light bulbs) and notify the appropriate HBM employee accordingly.

• Must successfully complete the HBM prescreen.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid Hawaii driver’s license is preferred.
• Ability to operate a golf cart on the premises.
• Previous custodial experience or a background in a related field is beneficial, although training will be provided.
• Must be able to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions in English.
• Strong public relations and communication skills are essential.
• Applicants should be ready to perform basic manual labor, keep common areas clean, and regularly lift, press, push, pull, and carry between 50 and 100 pounds.
• Physical requirements include reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and standing during shifts.
