Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road tests vehicles when required or refers to the test technician. Supports the company’s vision of being the best place to work and the best place for guests to do business and the mission of building long-term relationships with associates and guests while making a positive difference in the community.

• Repair work – Execute repairs per the Repair Order, maintain quality and efficiency, and conduct road tests as needed.
• Communication – Keep Service Advisor informed on repair status, additional work, and parts requirements. Notify Service Advisor of any changes that affect vehicle appearance or condition.
• Documentation – Record all work performed and recommendations on the repair order.
• Training – Stay current on all mandated factory and dealership training.
• Tools and Equipment – Maintain personal and company tools and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience.

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close‑vision and distance‑vision.
