Position OverviewThis position independently performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair work as a regular and continuing work assignment; may supervise one or more building maintenance helpers or other helpers assisting in the work; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications- Legal Authorization to Work in the United States (citizenship, permanent residence, or eligibility for unrestricted employment).
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in building maintenance repair work or a combination of training and experience.
- Possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment (required for this vacancy).
- Ability to lift and carry objects of various weights with or without reasonable accommodation.
