Conduct daily safety walk-throughs of the entire facility to identify hazards and maintenance concerns;
Perform preventative maintenance and monthly OSHA safety checks;
Build and maintain an accurate history file on all fitness, facility, and specialized martial arts equipment;
Procure necessary repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment within budget;
Execute specialized facility projects and upgrades as directed by the General Manager and Operations Manager
