Job Summary:

Repair damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards. List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.

• Wheel repair work
  -Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturers and dealership standards. Check wheel parts against the estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received. Must advise management of any deviations from the estimate.
• Tools and Equipment – Must maintain in proper state of repair and advise management of any needed repairs.
• Safety – Must wear all safety and health personal protective equipment as mandated and operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Compliance – Must company with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal. OSHA Right-to-know, etc

High School diploma or equivalent

Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
