MOST OF OUR HOOD CLEANERS ARE GROSSING OVER $1K

Steady Work – Year-Round

Valid Driver’s License Required

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY (WE WILL TRAIN YOU)

• PAID HOLIDAYS (after one year)
• PAID VACATIONS (after one year)
• PAID SICK TIME (accrues monthly)
• PAID TRAVEL TIME (from Office to Jobs and return)

Shifts include Night, Overnight, Early Morning, Afternoon

Typical Shift between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

The schedule may vary.

40-50 Hours per week (Overtime Paid at 1.5X Hourly).

Paid Travel (to and from customer job sites)

This is a Full-Time job opportunity – most of our guys work 40-50 hours per week.

You may be asked to perform different duties at CS Ventilation services.

You must be able to work varying schedules.

You will be assisting CS Ventilation with problem-solve scenarios (like “schedule shifts”).

You will be asked to help maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace

You will be asked to open and close a Customer locations and cover site responsibilities

You will perform physical labor and may be asked to lift up to 49 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
