Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to help keep our senior living community spotless, safe, and welcoming. In this role, you'll clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas, following infection control and safety standards. You'll handle daily tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and linen collection while treating residents' homes with respect and care. Working in a resident-first, team-oriented culture, you'll collaborate with care teams, support room turnovers, and receive training and growth opportunities as you make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas
• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Handle trash removal, linen collection, and laundry support
• Follow infection control, safety, and hazard reporting procedures
• Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping carts and closets
• Report maintenance needs and room condition changes promptly
• Respect residents' privacy, preferences, and personal belongings
• Collaborate with care and dining teams to support resident needs
• Follow cleaning schedules and documentation requirements
• Support room turnover for move-ins, discharges, and transfers
