Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate, you will help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by ensuring a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and spotless floors. You will work on your feet throughout the shift, maintaining a positive attitude to provide an excellent member experience.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility, following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting.
• Clean all areas: floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles, and handle spills promptly.
• Operate floor scrubbers, manage trash, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and other waste in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and reorder supplies as needed.
• Respond to incidents, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
