The Arc Southern Chesapeake is seeking a Floor Technician Floater to perform heavy cleaning tasks such as floor stripping, waxing, shampooing carpets, and general custodial duties at Tri-County sites.
The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of cleaning experience including floor care, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with shifts that may change weekly. A valid driver’s license is preferred and background checks are required.
