The Arc of Southern Maryland is seeking a Floor Technician Floater to perform heavy cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and custodial duties. You will operate high‑speed and low‑speed floor machines and follow safety procedures to keep facilities clean and cost‑effective.
This role requires a flexible schedule with weekly changes in day/evening hours, a high school diploma, and 5 years of cleaning experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.
