* ** Who We Want:
** Performs janitorial duties necessary to maintain and protect the assigned areas of responsibility. Ensures that external and internal appearance of a building is clean, organized and meets Company standards.
** What You'll Do:
*** Follows standard work and daily checklists to ensure that all assigned tasks are performed to standard and meet expectations.
* Clean and make minor repair to building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
* Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms/locker rooms using established practices and procedures.
* Clean, dust, and wipe furniture, sweep, mop, or vacuum floors.
* Empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers.
* Use ladders when required in work assignments.
* Remove outside debris and maintain grounds as assigned.
* Maintain the landscape around the buildings and fence lines.
* Clean all windows indoors.
* Clean and sanitize lunchrooms floors, furniture, and counters.
* Other duties assigned by the Management.

** This will be a
** 1st*
* ** Shift / 6AM - 2PM*
* ** Monday - Friday
** position located at our Plant in
** Walker, MI**.Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.
** What You Need to Have:
*** Must be 18 years of age or older
* Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level sufficient to safely and effectively perform job duties, including following work instructions, safety procedures, and company communications.
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Associates Degree
* Minimum 2 years of professional janitorial experience.
