Challenge Manufacturing seeks a dedicated janitor/maintenance worker for our Walker, Michigan plant. You will perform cleaning, repairs, and preventive maintenance of building systems, fixtures, and grounds with a focus on safety and reliability.
The role includes routine carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic HVAC upkeep, with potential landscape tasks. Shift is 6 AM–2 PM, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime to meet customer needs.
